In 1993, Raffael Giancola, founded Rafco, which began with small cleaning contracts for local businesses, but as word spread, so did his opportunities. Soon he had jobs in office buildings, bars and restaurants; but he was doing 16-hour days. He began to hire new employees and diversify his contracts. Nearly two decades later, Rafco has grown from its NDG roots to include contracts all over Montréal & Laval with everyone from small local businesses to multinational corporations.

At Rafco, we design cleaning and office maintenance programs that are tailored to each customer, which is designed to not only, provide a clean workspace, but also a healthy office environment. Each client receives a free on-site estimate to personally tailor a service package to fit their needs, which are then meticulously carried out by our professional staff. You can rest assured that our staff will pay attention to the smallest detail to ensure customer satisfaction.

All of Rafco’s employees have been thoroughly screened and receive additional on-the-job training in new technologies, and methods to ensure that our clients only receive the best.
